Biography
Mr. Adrian Tighe served as Board Member at Gloucestershire Airport. Mr. Tighe served as Board Member and Chief Commercial Officer at Monarch Airlines. He was appointed Chief Commercial Officer in July 2014, having joined Monarch Airlines in August 2013 as Director of Commercial Partnerships and Business Development. He was previously Managing Director of Transport and Borders, a business within G4S Group which provides outsourcing services to clients including British Airways and Virgin Atlantic. He was responsible for renegotiating G4S's substantial supplier contract with BA. Previously, he spent 18 years at BA, where his final role was to lead the Airline's focus on reducing costs and improving processes to maximise the benefit of spend with key strategic suppliers. Previously as Head of Alliances, he was co-chair of BA's joint ventures with Qantas and Iberia. He also held a number of roles including Area Manager for Central & Eastern Europe, GM for UK & Africa and Finance Director for BA Regional.
