Biography
Mr. Keith Willy serves as Finance Committee Member and Board Member at Justine Petersen. Mr. Keith Willy Co-founded and served as Chief Operating Officer and Principal at Twain Financial Partners. He was COO of USBCDC, where he led 150 professionals with responsibility for Technology, Finance and Asset Management of NMTC, LIHTC, REITC, and HTC investments for the division. With responsibility for asset management of a $10 billion portfolio, Willy lead the development of the Division's Syndication Platform and closed on the syndication of over $400 million in RETC, NMTC and HTC investments. Keith also developed the Division's guaranty program, initiating institutional guarantees covering $350 million in notional. Most recently, Keith developed asset management servicing platforms supporting $1.7 billion in debt, monitoring of debt service, loan covenants and operational performance for multi family housing.
