Biography

Mr. David Taylor serves as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Twain Financial Partners. He had worked at RubinBrown for the previous five years before joining Twain Financial Partners. In this role, he worked primarily on tax structuring and preparing financial projections for real estate clients that develop or invest in historic rehabilitation projects, affordable housing tax credit projects, new markets tax credit projects, renewable energy projects, and real estate investment funds. Before RubinBrown, he worked in the Commercial Lending Group at National City Bank where he was active in generating new loans and monitoring existing portfolios consisting of mostly real estate developments. He also spent nearly four years working for JES Companies, a real estate developer/tax credit syndicator whose primary focus was to develop, construct, manage, and invest in affordable housing tax credit projects and historic rehabilitation projects. He has his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and banking with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is on the Board of Ozark Regional Land Trust, MGA, and Rise YP.
