Biography

Mr. Raj Mehta served as Managing Director at Dubai International Capital. He previously served as Director at Deloitte Corporate Finance. In his current role, Raj is responsible for portfolio management, transaction negotiation and structuring, as well as managing due diligence processes. Prior to joining Dubai International Capital, Raj was a Director within Deloitte's Transaction & Restructuring Services team based in Dubai specializing in Private Equity advising financial investors on large complex and cross border transactions across most industry sectors (including retail, consumer business, financial services, industrials, manufacturing, telecoms, technology and healthcare). Raj has led and advised on over 100 M&A transactions across Europe and the Middle East providing advice on both growth capital as well as buy-out opportunities. Before moving to Dubai, Raj worked in Deloitte's Private Equity Team in London. Raj is a qualified Corporate Financier and Chartered Accountant.
