Francis Dzanya General Information

Biography

Mr. Francis Dzanya is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner at DBF Capital Partners. He serves as Group Chief Operating Officer at ABC Holdings (Banc). He has held various senior positions and has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry in Southern Africa, ten of which were spent at ABC Holdings and its predecessor companies. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2008. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Banking, Insurance, and Finance from Sheffield Hallam University in the UK and a Higher National Diploma in Banking and Finance from John Moores University, also in the UK. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers. He has worked as Managing Director of BancABC Zimbabwe, Group Head of Wholesale Banking and Group Chief Banking Officer. From 2008 to 2014 he was Group's Chief Operating Officer and a board member and was a member of the Executive Committee from 2006 till the end of 2014. He also served as Board Member at Nyanza Light Metals.
