Biography

Mr. Gaurav Khungar serves as Chief Executive Officer at IL&FS Paradip Refinery Water. He served as Managing Director at o3 Capital. He focused on Industrials practice. He has over 18 years of investment banking experience and has advised on more than 60 transactions across sectors such as auto, consumer, industrials and telecom. Prior to joining o3 Capital, Gaurav was Managing Director and Head of Corporate Finance at Religare Capital Markets, and before that, he was a partner at KPMG Corporate Finance, where he was heading the Delhi office as well as the Practice Head for Industrials. He has also had stints with Rabo Bank and Lazard in his early career. Gaurav is a graduate from University of Delhi and holds an M.B.A. from University of North Carolina.
