Biography
Mr. Dan Carr served as Associate at Solebury Capital Group. Since joining Solebury, Dan has worked on IPOs for CDW and HD Supply. Previously, Dan was a Summer Analyst in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions division at Celerant Consulting. While at Celerant, Dan performed operational due diligence, assessed synergies resulting from M&A, and helped companies prepare for carve-outs and divestitures by evaluating underperforming assets. Dan graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Economics. As a four-year member of Lehigh's Varsity Men's Lacrosse Team, Dan helped the Mountain Hawks to two Patriot League Championship titles. He also volunteered extensively at the Boys & Girls club and a local "Reading Rocks" after-school program.
