William DeArman General Information

Biography

Mr. William DeArman served as Principal at Pivotal Petroleum Partners. He served as Principal at Tailwater Capital. Mr. DeArman joined Tailwater at inception and is responsible for deal sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight. Mr. DeArman currently serves as a director of Align Midstream and has over 13 years of investment experience. Prior to joining Tailwater Capital at inception, Mr. DeArman was President and CEO of Apex Global Partners, Inc. a Dallas based property and casualty and employee benefits brokerage and consulting firm. Prior to joining Apex, Mr. DeArman was a Principal with Petro-Hunt, L.L.C. During his tenure at Petro-Hunt, Mr. DeArman worked with members of the Herbert Hunt family to oversee all family investments in public and private companies, investment partnerships as well as alternative investments. Mr. DeArman joined Petro-Hunt from Atlas Capital Management, L.P. where his responsibilities included deal sourcing, evaluating and monitoring the firm's investments. Mr. DeArman also served as an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group of Bear, Stearns & Co. Mr. DeArman graduated Magna Cum Laude and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma from Southern Methodist University with BBAs in Finance and Organizational Behavior and Business Policy.
