Biography

Mr. R. Tyler Miller serves as Co Founder & Executive Director at NextGen Capital. He served as Executive Vice President at NextGen Capital. He has over twenty years of experience in corporate finance and capital markets working on dozens of transactions in industries that include energy, healthcare, gaming, food and beverage, consumer products, and general industrial. From 2010 to 2012, Mr. Miller served as a vice president for Kinetic Advisors, a New York-based middle-market M&A, and corporate restructuring firm from 2008 to 2010 he was an associate vice president at McGladrey Capital Markets, the investment banking arm of RSM McGladrey, where he closed or participated in multiple M&A deals in the healthcare and the consumer products and services industry groups; and from 2004 to 2008, he served as vice president at Wells Fargo Commercial Capital where he specialized in structuring and underwriting debt capital for middle-market leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations. Mr. Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from Northeastern University where he graduated summa cum laude and a Master of Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
