Biography

Ms. Cynthia Webb served as Member Board Of Directors at New England Venture Capital Association. She is a passionate supporter of the startup community, working to make New England the best place in the world to start and grow new companies. An Atlanta native, C.A. began her career as a brand manager for Fast Company, working closely with magazine co-founders Bill Taylor and Alan Webber prior to Bertelsmann's $350 million acquisition. She built entrepreneurial development programs at Boston Collegiate Charter School and Trinity Boston Foundation, then played a strategic marketing role for Whole Foods Market private label group, and ran marketing at Preserve, a leading maker of design driven, sustainable household products. She later served as Director of Marketing at Care.com (NASDAQ: CRCM) during that company's startup phase.
