Biography

Ms. Michelle Goerdel served as Chief Financial Officer and Consultant at Exit Equity. She is Exit Equity's banking and alternative lending expert with 15 years experience as a commercial banker and lending consultant. She arranges financing for re-capitalization, credit facilities and lines of credit for businesses in the lower to mid-size market ranging from small SBA loans to $100 million bank deals for acquisition financing. Her financial experience crosses multiple industries with a focus in commercial construction, senior housing, manufacturing and all service sectors. Ms. Goerdel is the President of Biz Loan Link and through that entity supports Exit Equity clients by providing her financial expertise to assist companies looking for equity in developing their company for the market; finding financing or refinancing for Exit Equity clients going into the market that helps get the company's balance sheet and income statement to a healthy place for the best selling price. In addition, she guides and assists buyers in arranging acquisition financing to purchase Exit Equity clients in the open market, as well as handling companies' other financial needs.
