Biography

Mr. Justin Henderson served as Principal at Harper Street Partners. While at McKinsey, Justin advised Fortune 100 companies on finding new avenues for profitable growth as well as implemented significant improvements in company operations.Before McKinsey, Justin worked at BMO Capital Markets, where he advised companies with $20-$100M in EBITDA on mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries. In addition, Justin spent several years with the BMO Mezzanine Fund, which invested subordinated debt and equity in middle market companies to facilitate ownership change through private-equity acquisitions. Justin holds a B.A. in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in entrepreneurship and analytic finance.
