Biography

Mr. Marek Modecki serves as Managing Partner at 21 Concordia. He served as Managing Partner at 21 Invest. Prior to joining 21 Concordia, he was Managing Partner at Concordia, which he co-founded in 1996 where he completed a number of successful M&A transactions, providing strategic and financial consulting for business development both in Poland and abroad. Prior to Concordia, in 1990, he co-founded Fibak Investment Group in Poland. He graduated from the Max Planck Institute for International Law in Hamburg, Germany, and holds a Master's Degree in Law from the University of Warsaw, Poland.
