Biography

Mr. Jeremie Bonnin serves as Board Member at Wananchi Group. He is the General Secretary, Head of Corporate and Business at Altice. Before joining Altice, Jeremie was a Manager in the Transaction Services department at KPMG where he worked extensively in the telecoms area. Since joining Altice, he has been significantly involved in virtually all of the transactions leading to the international expansion of Altice's footprint (in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Israel, Portugal, the Dominican Republic etc.). He has developed strong expertise in the negotiation and implementation of cross-border transactions and in financial management in the telecoms sector. He is an IT engineer and graduated from the Institut d'Informatique d'Entreprise. He also holds an accounting and finance degree ("Diplome d'Etudes Comptables et Financieres").
