Biography

Mr. Malcolm Macintyre serves as Managing Director at Capella Capital. Malcolm brings 25 years experience in infrastructure, investment banking and chartered accounting, most recently as an investor, developer, advisor and financier of greenfield and brownfield transport and social infrastructure in both Australia and North America. Malcolm has led some of the largest and most complex PPP's in the US and Australia in recent years. Malcolm also has significant experience of raising project specific equity and debt financing for major infrastructure projects and the establishment of managed infrastructure funds. Following 4 years in the US, Malcolm recently returned from New York after heading Babcock & Brown's North American Transport and Social Infrastructure team and more recently being a principal at Infrastructure Capital Partners. Prior to this Malcolm was a senior member of Babcock and Brown's Australian Infrastructure team and before that a Local Managing Director in ABN AMRO's Infrastructure Capital Group.
