Biography

Mr. Ryan Slocombe serves as Principal at Tetris Capital. He brings a diverse background across all aspects of infrastructure, energy, property, project and structured finance. Starting his working career as a consulting engineer, Ryan has held roles covering senior debt, subordinated and mezzanine debt, notes, refinancing, equity, funds management, asset management, board representation, advisory and M&A (both sell and buy side). For two decades this leadership experience at the pointy end of deals has yielded an enviable track record and bid success rate across energy and natural resources, power and utilities, infrastructure, PPPs, property, health and all forms of housing and accommodation. This depth of experience and understanding all aspects of projects has enabled Ryan to be at the forefront of innovative partnering solutions delivering aligned long-term outcomes for a diverse range of private, charitable, and government stakeholders. Ryan has an Honours Degree in Engineering, a Bachelor's of Commerce Degree, and is a Member of the AICD, and volunteers as a Justice of the Peace in his local community. Ryan loves working with people, driving high performing outcome focused teams, working together to find win-win outcomes, and most of all delivering the "extra chocolates" that excite the stakeholders and create those extra headlines.
