Brent Nash General Information
Biography
Mr. Brent Nash served as Partner and Chief Development Officer of US Behavioral Partners at Springstone. He was responsible for growth initiatives including de novo hospital and outpatient development, mergers & acquisitions and Springstone's long-term financial planning. Prior to joining U.S. Behavioral Partners, he also led development at Springstone, as well as the creation of the company's procurement function in 2018, as well as oversaw the company's payor relations function. He has nearly two decades of health care services and finance experience. Prior to the company, he was a member of Humana's Corporate Development team, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and evaluated deals in many sectors including the Medicare Advantage, pharmacy, provider and population health spaces. Before Humana, he was an Associate at Genstar Capital, a San Francisco-based private equity firm. At Genstar, he helped to identify, evaluate and execute acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare services sectors. He started his career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he spent several years in Goldman's Investment Banking and Private Wealth Management Divisions. Prior to embarking on his corporate career, he spent time on the ski slopes of Copper Mountain in Colorado where he was a Guest Services Representative. He has earned a BS and MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
