Biography

Mr. Timothy Cavanaugh serves as Managing Member at Stream Real Estate. He served as Managing Director at Star Equity Management. Additionally, he has a partnership in Seattle focused on developing urban infill multi-family housing, with sustainability as a key component of each project. In 1998, he started Sunshine Management Services, LLC, a family office and investment advisory firm that grew to become Threshold Group. Prior to Threshold, he spent more than 14 years in senior leadership positions in the healthcare industry, where he focused on strategic growth, acquisitions and operations. He has served on numerous non-profit boards with a keen interest in education. He holds dual degrees from Gonzaga University and a master's degree from the University of Washington. Mr. Tim Cavanaugh serves as Managing Member at Stream Real Estate. He serves as Managing Director at Star Equity Management. He founded the Threshold Group in 1998, which grew to $4.5B in assets under management before its merger with Tiedemann Advisors in 2016. Mr. Cavanaugh also has 30+ years of experience in Real Estate management and development across various sectors including Healthcare, Commercial, and Residential. Currently Managing Member for Stream Real Estate and Urban Housing Ventures.
