Biography
Mr. Matt Pozda serves as Chief Executive Officer at Call Dad. He served as Investment Banking Vice President - TMT, Mergers & Acquisitions at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. Previously, he served as Analyst at CapitalSource. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a double concentration in Accounting and Finance. After an uncomfortable experience with two local HVAC businesses, he began his entrepreneurial journey to create Call Dad. Mr. Pozda has spent the first 10 years of his career in the fields of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Distressed Investing, at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, CapitalSource, and MCG Capital. He has also co-founded and successfully co-manages MM Capital Holdings LLC, which invests in and operates small businesses.
