Biography

Ms. Amanda Good serves as Partner & Head of Global Value Creation at Searchlight Capital Partners. She served as Partner, Head of the Portfolio Team and Member of Operating & Realisation Committee at HgCapital Trust. Good serves as Partner at Hg. She leads the Portfolio Projects team. Amanda joined HgCapital in 2014 from Bain & Company, where she was a partner in the European private equity and technology practices. In her role at Bain she worked with HgCapital for multiple years, as well as with a wide range of funds on both their pre-deal diligence and post-acquisition projects. Prior to moving to Europe in 2008, she spent six years with Bain in San Francisco/Silicon Valley working with technology clients and private equity funds and started her career with Bain in Atlanta. Amanda holds a Bachelors degree in economics and ethics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with high distinction as a Palmer Scholar.
