Dawn Lippert General Information

Biography

Ms. Dawn Lippert serves as Founding Partner at Earthshot Ventures. She is the Founder & serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at Elemental Excelerator. She also serves as a Member of the Investment Advisory Committee at PRIME Coalition. The Energy Excelerator helps innovative energy companies succeed in Hawaii and the Asia Pacific with funding up to $1M per company, strategic relationships, and a vibrant ecosystem. The program is funded by the U.S. Office of Naval Research, the U.S. Department of Energy, the State of Hawaii, and private investors; it operates as a program within the 501c3 organization Pacific International Center for High Technology Research (PICHTR). Before joining PICHTR in 2009, she was a management consultant with Booz Allen's alternative energy team and worked on clean energy projects in Washington DC, India, Africa, and Latin America. Her work at Booz Allen included conducting financial and policy analysis for the Hawaii Clean Energy Initiative (HCEI), a partnership between the U.S. Department of Energy and the State of Hawaii initiated in 2008.
