Biography

Mr. Keith Pagan is the Co-Founder at DaaS Analytics. Pagan began his professional career as an analyst, then as the portfolio manager, at BankAmerica Capital Corporation, Bank of America's venture capital subsidiary, where he managed a proprietary investment portfolio valued at approximately $700 million. In the early 1990s, Mr. Pagan founded Nassau Partners, expanding from private capital into the public securities markets, forming and operating both private hedge funds and public mutual funds, each trading in equity and fixed-income derivatives. Since the 1980s, Mr. Pagan has also been involved in construction engineering and land surveying, having engaged in the industry to help pay for college. Mr. Pagan is certified by the ICC as a special inspector of reinforced concrete and holds multiple ACI certifications in field and laboratory testing of construction materials. Mr. Pagan consults on European intellectual property law, is registered as a Swiss Trademark Consultant, and serves as the corporate secretary for multiple patent-holding firms in Malta. Mr. Pagan earned an A.B. in economics from Princeton University in 1989.
