Biography

Mr. Rudolph Gentile is the Co-Founder of IPO CLUB. He is the Founder and serves as Chairman at SosTravel.com. He is the Founder and serves as Chairman at Safe Bag. He holds a degree in Social Sciences from the La Sapienza University in Rome. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Issuer. His career began in 1993, where he worked as head of Layover for the Air Europe airline, at Rome's Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. In 1995, after a brief experience in the marketing department at Air Europe, he moved to the Cargo division, where the next year he became the sole manager and developed his business management skills. In 1996, Rudolph Gentile came to work in the baggage protection area and in 1997 he founded Safe Bag. In 2004, he founded Moviemax, a cinema production and distribution company, listed on the stock market, of which he was CEO, and following that, President, until 2010. In 2010, after having stepped down from his activities with Moviemax, he founded M2 Pictures, another cinema production and distribution company. From 2010 to 2012 he was on the board of directors for the Air Italy airline.
