Biography

Mr. Hayes Roberts served as Managing Director at Tiedemann Advisors. Hayes was a Managing Director of the Firm and the Director of Delaware Business Operations, with responsibility for all administrative and operational activities in the Delaware office of Tiedemann Trust Company. He also oversees service and account administration for a select group of families and institutions for which Tiedemann Trust Company serves as an advisor, investment manager, and trustee. In addition, Hayes serves as the firm's Corporate Secretary and is a member of Tiedemann's Operating Committee. Prior to joining Tiedemann Trust Company in 2001, Hayes worked for J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc., specializing in corporate reorganizations of foreign and domestic securities. While at J.P. Morgan, Hayes also worked jointly with international companies and the NYSE and NASD to bring about new ADR stock issues. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Hayes practiced law in Pennsylvania and worked in finance and accounting in both Pennsylvania and Delaware. Hayes earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Widener University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Rider University. He is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and is admitted to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
