Biography

Mr. Robert Ashmun is a Co- Founder and serves as Managing Principal at West Point Partners. Prior to this, he was Managing Director at Lehman Brothers. Robert was the founder and Head of Lehman's Real Estate Equity Co-Investment Business, where he completed many of the largest real estate transactions in the world. Robert acquired hundreds of premier office buildings, apartment properties, and industrial properties in North America and Europe. Prior to joining Lehman Brothers, Robert was a senior executive at Jones Lang LaSalle where he developed the institutional real estate sales business in the United States. Robert earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from New York University. He also is a CPA.
