Biography

Mr. Paul Dorsey founded and served as Chief Investment Officer at Barley Mill Asset Management. He previously owned Barley Mill Asset Management. He also served as Financial Advisor at FCG Advisors. He has over 25 years of experience in investment management. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at American Guaranty & Trust Company. Holding fiduciary responsibility for over $500 million in client assets as the C.I.O., he guided macro asset allocation and specific investment selection. Prior to American Guaranty & Trust, he was a Supply Officer on board the USS Clark FFG-11 during his tour of duty in the US Navy. He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Villanova University and holds a graduate degree in finance from the Lerner School of Business at the University of Delaware. Additionally, Mr. Dorsey is a Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
