Biography

Mr. Michael Lee serves as Principal at West Point Partners. he has been part of West Point Partners since its inception. Michael's responsibilities include deal sourcing, underwriting, asset management, and capital raising. Prior to joining West Point Partners, Michael was a Vice President in the Lehman Brothers Global Real Estate Group syndicating Real Estate Equity Co-investments and Mezzanine debt. Michael also worked as a securitization banker and structured CMBS. Prior to this, Michael was a member of the Institutional Investor ranked Lehman Brothers CMBS Strategies team, where he was responsible for analyzing credit risk, developing trading and hedging strategies, publishing research reports and working with investors on various proprietary projects. Michael graduated cum laude from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University with a B.S. in Finance and Economics.
