Biography

Mr. John Musolino served as Partner at Magnate Capital Partners. He served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at PRA. He is a Principal and founder of Avondale Capital Advisors, a consulting firm that provides strategic and corporate finance advisory services to independent and private equity-sponsored middle-market businesses in a range of industries. At Avondale, he has worked on a range of projects, including buy- and sell-side advisory engagements, principal investing, start-up formation, and financing, and strategic and financial consulting assignments. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at True North Communications, Inc; served in the global corporate finance group of Arthur Andersen; First Union Corporation (now Wells Fargo); served as a director at Concert Group Logistics, a third party logistics provider; Aquent Marketing Staffing; and Five Tool Marketing, a marketing services business. He holds a Master of Management degree from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University.
