Biography

Mr. Frank Shinnick serves as Chief Financial Officer at Paradigm Insurance Group. He co-founded Magnate Worldwide. His career began over 30 years ago in the assurance group of Ernst & Young. Most recently He has served as CFO at the private equity firm Magnate Capital Partners and prior to that was CFO and Director of Administration at Synergy Companies, Inc. He has significant experience in SEC financial reporting matters, presentations to Boards of Directors, mergers, and acquisitions, asset dispositions, correction of internal control deficiencies, and debt and capital restructuring. He also has extensive experience in other non-financial areas by overseeing IT, human resources, risk management, and other operational departments. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an excellent record of leadership, interpersonal communication, and managerial and technical skills.
