Biography

Mr. Roshan Shah serves as Executive Director, Corporate Advisory & Senior Director at Al Mal Capital. He has over 14 years of experience in the field of investment banking and manufacturing and has worked in different geographies including UAE and USA. Within Corporate Advisory, Roshan focuses on debt advisory transactions including identifying, structuring and placing transactions. Prior to joining Al Mal Capital, Roshan spent approximately 10 years working within the Debt Advisory department at Alpen Capital (ME) Limited, where he was instrumental in concluding several landmark debt transactions across various sectors within GCC and India. Roshan was also a part of the Finance Leadership Development Program with Ingersoll Rand, USA, which also included M&A activities for Ingersoll Rand Roshan is a Certified Public Accountant, USA and has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Purdue University, USA.
