Biography

Ms. Cristina Daianu serves as a Partner in its corporate and mergers & acquisitions practice group at bpv Grigorescu Stefanica. She serves as a Partner at Dentons. She has extensive experience in corporate and M&A work (including structuring a variety of joint ventures, greenfield projects, reorganization, and restructuring matters, as well as competition/antitrust and employment issues). She has assisted clients from various industries including retail, IT, logistics, real estate, advertising, printing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, the steel industry, and private equity. Over the years, She has worked for and developed strong abilities in dealing with German investors - ranging from entrepreneurs or small family-run businesses to large multinational companies. She is actively involved in CSR activities and has authored several publications and articles. She earned her Master's in French and European Law from Pantheon-Sorbonne University in 1998, her LLB from the University of Bucharest in 1998, and her Postgraduate Degree in European Commercial Law from the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in 1999.
