Mr. Stephane Theuriau serves as Partner & Head of BC Partners Real Estate at BC Partners. He served as the General Partner, Chief Executive Officer in charge of residential and office property, and Chairman at Altarea Cogedim. He has worked in real estate for 25 years and is the former chief executive of French real estate investment company Altarea Codegim, which he joined in 2009. He also launched Morgan Stanley's real estate investing business in France in 1998, before becoming its head of Europe from 2003 until 2006. He holds an MA in Business Administration from EM Lyon Business School.
