Biography

Mr. David LeGeyt served as Partner at Dentons. He is a member of the Insolvency and Restructuring Group in Calgary, Alberta, Canada where he focuses on advising clients in relation to insolvency matters and commercial disputes. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, and the federal Bankruptcy Court. David has also appeared before the Court of Appeal of Manitoba, and the Court of Queen's Bench of Manitoba. David has been a full time insolvency practitioner since 2000 and has been involved in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and reorganizations, and related litigation. He has represented institutional lenders, debtors, trustees and receivers, shareholders, directors, creditors' committees, DIP lenders, and other important stakeholders requiring advice in various insolvency processes.
