Biography

Mr. Gary Graham is a Co-Founder and serves as Executive Partner at First Capital Ventures. He serves as a Board Member at B-Secur. He served as Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and President, and Commercial and Capital Markets Senior Leadership at First Capital Xcelerator. He was a Board Member at Gamma 2 Robotics. He is the Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President, of Commercial and Capital Markets Senior Leadership of First Capital Business Development. He is the Interim Chief Operating Officer with SchollyME and Interim Chief Executive Officer and President with Kaonetics Technologies. In his more than 35 years of working with startups and emerging growth companies, Wall Street veteran. He has led over 125 financings. He has specialized in installing key management in conjunction with this capital to expedite the growth of disruptive technologies. He founded First Capital Business Development in 1995 to collaborate with entrepreneurs, capital sources, and strategic partners to restructure, finance, and revitalize high-potential startup and emerging growth companies. In his role with the company, he is currently serving as Interim Chief Executive Officer for BuildingDNA and Interim Chief Operating Officer for SchollyME.com; he has served as interim management and director for numerous other portfolio companies. Before founding the company, he spent over 25 years in investment and merchant banking. He began his career at Smith Barney, where he specialized in developing financing solutions for growth companies. He also worked on special project financing for Drexel Burnham Lambert. He has served on the boards of public and private companies, both domestic and international. He earned a bachelor's degree in business management and an associate's degree in organizational psychology from Meyers College in Cleveland, Ohio.
