Biography

Mr. Justin Davis serves as Partner at PennSpring Capital. He served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, Marketing & Communications at First Capital Ventures. He also served as the Vice President, Corporate Development at Gamma 2 Robotics. A seasoned corporate development professional, he has led the comprehensive capital markets efforts of 20 public companies. In 2005 he launched and subsequently directed the After Market Support division of Keating Investments, and in 2008 bought out the division and created a dynamic boutique consultancy. As part of the industry-best financial communications platforms, he crafted comprehensive traditional, social media, and digital marketing campaigns for each client. He has also served as a financial marketing and business development consultant for numerous private companies seeking capital and to-market strategies. Prior to his entrepreneurial initiatives, he was the National Park Service's first business management consultant, identifying and helping implement operational efficiency strategies for 18 internationally-know parks. He began his career in the prestigious El Pomar Foundation Fellowship in Community Service. He graduated in 2004 from the University of Virginia (Darden) with an MBA, Marketing Emphasis, and earned a BA in Economics in 1998 from Vanderbilt University. He also served as Vice President at First Capital Xcelerator.
