Biography

Mr. Brian Heaphy serves as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He holds a BA in Accounting from the City University of New York and a JD in Law from Brooklyn Law School. Brian most recently has completed over $100 Billion in transactions including the acquisitions of MyoKardia and Celgene and the divestitures of Otezla and the UPSA OTC Business. Prior to his time at Bristol Myers Squibb, Brian was the head of business development at Jefferson National Financial and previously specialized in M&A at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Brian began his career in the banking industry at JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. He is a graduate of Queens College and Brooklyn Law School.
