Biography

Mr. Scott Doupe served as Office Managing Partner at Conroy Ross Partners. He has been an executive search professional for more than twenty years, and has recruited many of Calgary's most influential executives. Before joining Conroy Ross Partners in 1996, he was with Deloitte Consulting for nine years in their general management and human capital practice. Additionally, he led their Alberta executive search practice and was a member of the management committee responsible for national executive search operations. He understands that organizations reach success only when they have the right people in the right places, and that attracting the next leader to any organization is only possible by gaining a thorough understanding of an organization's culture and strategy. Scott holds both a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce, is an active volunteer in the Calgary community and is the past Board Chair of Wood's Homes. He is a past Director of IIC Partners (ranked as the 8th largest global executive search firm), past president of the Human Resources Association of Calgary (HRAC) and a previous director of the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
