Biography

Mr. Greg Villa served as Chief Technology Officer at Makeena. Greg strives to find new ways to apply technologies that enhance the consumer's experience. With over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, Greg takes products from concept through execution. He focuses on building strong teams that utilize agile techniques for all work. The first half of Greg's career was spent creating software solutions at an electronic startup, a large multinational electronics manufacturer, and a privately held food company. For the last 16 years, Greg has been in grocery retailing and has held management positions in Enterprise Architecture, Integration, Enterprise Services/SOA, and Digital Marketing. Greg earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Saint Mary's College and attended Executive Management courses in Systems Thinking at MIT's Sloan School of Management.
