Biography

Dr. Bernd Pfister is a Co-Founder and serves as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Paros Capital. He serves as Chairman of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association. He also serves as a Member of the Advisory Board at the Swiss Entrepreneurs Foundation. With Invision he was Chief Executive Officer till 2007 and was involved in many investments. He served on the board of directors of twenty growth companies in the field of business and telecommunication services, software, and financial services. Bernd also served as Managing Director at Müller Milch Management, which was the financial advisory arm of the family office of Mr. Theo Müller. Bernd serves as Chairman of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association (SECA), the representative body for Switzerland's private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance industries. Bernd is on the board of the HSG Alumni Organisation responsible for fundraising for the HSG Alumni Stiftung. Bernd holds a joint doctoral degree from the University of St. Gallen and Durham University and was a scholar of the European Erasmus Doctoral Programme in Éntrepreneurship and venture Management. He received his master's degree in finance (lic. oec HSG) from the University of St. Gallen. He also serves as Chairman of the Swiss Private Equity & Corporate Finance Association.
