Biography

Ms. Jane Domenico serves as a Acting Chief Executive Officer & Chief Operating Officer at Partners Real Estate Investment Trust. She brings 20+ years cross-functional real estate experience in property, asset, and investment management with primary focus on the retail asset class which has allowed her to work on projects in every Canadian province. Over the past 12 years, she managed $13+ billion of retail assets requiring $2+ billion in operating capital expenditures and $1.5+ billion of development capital investments. She has worked as joint venture partner and directly with some of Canada's largest pension fund real estate developers including Oxford, Cadillac Fairview, and Ivanhoe Cambridge. While at Oxford she was active with Primaris REIT (now part of H&R REIT). Her experience as a third party advisor has had her work with some of the country's largest pension fund real estate investors including Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and Greystone Management Inc. to just name a few. Jane has been active in RealPAC / IPD and Toronto CREW. Jane has volunteered with ICSC for the last 10 years and was the co-chair of the ICSC Canadian convention for 2013 and 2012. Jane is a graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor Commerce degree.
