Biography

Mr. Bill Dering serves as Chief Financial Officer at Advantice Health. He served as Chief Financial Officer at Material Handling Systems. He served as Chief Financial Officer at BNSF Logistics. He is responsible for finance and accounting, strategy, corporate development and treasury and partnering with the business to improve growth. From 2010-2016, he held senior roles at the Kellogg Company, where he led M&A and strategy initiatives globally and helped oversee the finances for N. America. Earlier, he was with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and was a partner at a middle-market technology-focused investment bank. Mr. Dering holds a B.A. from Miami University (Ohio) and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
