Biography

Ms. Caroline Gibert serves as Partner & Head of Investor Relations, Sustainability / ESG and Communication at ISAI. She served as Managing Director, Investor Relations and Business Development, and Head of Sustainability at Flexstone Partners. Based in Paris, she was responsible for managing investor relations and fundraising activities in Europe and contributed to the development and marketing of the firm's global offering. Prior to joining Euro Private Equity, a predecessor to Flexstone Partners, she spent five years with Omnes Capital (ex-Crédit Agricole Private Equity) where she focused on the marketing and investor relations functions dedicated to the mid-market buyout funds. Previously, she worked for Amundi Asset Management in international marketing and sales and was in charge of funds distribution for institutional clients. She graduated from HEC (Paris).
