Biography

Mr. Stephen Key serves as Special Adviser at Reverence Capital Partners. Mr. Key is the sole proprietor of Key Consulting, a financial consulting firm he founded in 2001. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and CFO of Textron Inc., a multi-industry company with a global network of aircraft, defense, industrial and finance businesses. Prior to that, Mr. Key was the Executive Vice President and CFO of ConAgra, Inc., from 1992 until 1995, and with Ernst & Young from 1968 to 1992, last serving as the Managing Partner of the New York office of Ernst & Young from 1988 until 1992. Mr. Key presently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Greenhill & Co., Inc., Wind Holdings, Inc., an independent wind energy company, and Deepwater Wind Holdings, LLC, a leader in offshore wind power development. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Rhode Island School of Design, and the Board of Governors of the Museum of Art, Rhode Island School of Design. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and has served on numerous Audit, Compensation, Compliance and Governance committees for public and private companies.
