Biography

Mr. Barry Field serves as Chief Revenue Officer at SkyHawk Security (Tel Aviv). Mr. Barry Field served as Chief Executive Officer at Appgate. He served as Board Member at Brainspace. He served as Chief Revenue Officer at Cyxtera Technologies. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at Cryptzone Group. He served as Partner at Medina Capital. Mr. Field has more than 20 years of experience as a sales executive leading IT infrastructure sales organizations. Specific areas of expertise include direct sales, inside sales, sales operations, distribution models, channels and alliances, and sales engineering. Mr. Field joined Terremark in 2007 and was most recently SVP of Global Sales of Terremark, a Verizon company until 2013. In that role, he was responsible for managing the global sales organization for the cloud, data center and managed security businesses. Terremark, a Verizon company's, total revenues at the time of Mr. Field's departure exceeded $1.5 billion and annualized bookings were in excess of several hundred million dollars. Prior to that, he served as Terremark's Senior Vice President of US Commercial Sales, where Mr. Field built out a national team of leading salespeople and sales engineers that focused on "solution selling" to the enterprise. Mr. Field established the Enterprise Cloud Strike Force that was comprised of experts from a wide array of technical disciplines to capture dozens of "early adopter" companies within the Fortune 500. Prior to joining Terremark, from 1999 through 2007, Mr. Field served in multiple sales leadership roles, including the East Coast Regional Sales VP and VP of Worldwide Sales, for Data Return, a managed services provider that was ultimately acquired by Terremark in 2007. Mr. Field's early career included roles as a Sales Representative with knowledge in the Boston area and as a District Sales Manager and Sales Representative with Wallace Computer Services in the New York City area. He received his Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Fairfield University.
