Biography

Mr. Jason Wathen served as Managing Director at Blue Harbour Group. He joined Blue Harbour Group in 2004. Prior to joining Blue Harbour Group, he was an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Credit Suisse First Boston where he worked from 2002 until 2004. Mr. Wathen was a Submarine Officer in the U.S. Navy from 1993 until 2000. He received an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago in 2002 and a B.S. in Marine Engineering from the United States Naval Academy in 1993.
