Biography

Ms. Tania Moyron serves as a Partner at Dentons. Ms. Tania Moyron served as a Lawyer and Attorney at Cypress. She focuses on bankruptcy, corporate restructuring, and related litigation matters. She has represented Chapter 11 debtors, creditors' committees, liquidating trustees, secured creditors, and general unsecured creditors in all aspects of corporate bankruptcy. In addition to traditional bankruptcy roles, Tania has served in various roles in a number of out-of-court financial restructuring matters and advises clients on debtor-creditor issues in non-bankruptcy matters. She also has appellate experience before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the District Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Cypress LLP, Tania gained experience in complex and challenging cases at top-ranked national firms for business restructuring and bankruptcy. She also served as a judicial and appellate law clerk to the Honorable Christopher M. Klein, Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California and former member of the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
