Biography

Mr. Pablo Cervantes serves as Managing Director at PC Capital. He serves as Managing Director at Clairfield International. Over the last 10 years, he has accumulated vast experience as a board member of some of Mexico's leading corporations, and as an investment banker and operator in several industries. He currently serves or has served on the board of Kuo (MX: KUO), Dine (MX: DINE), Beta San Mónica, BCBA Impulse, Reasinter, and Polycrom, among others. Prior to Clairfield Mexico, he worked as a banker for IXE bank in Mexico and JP Morgan in New York, where he executed multiple equity and debt capital markets transactions ranging in size from USD 2 million to USD 200 million. Prior to entering banking, he served as a chief operating officer of Polycom, one of Mexico's leading conglomerates with over USD 500 million in revenues generated from its agriculture, dairy products, sugar processing, and real estate businesses in Mexico and Spain. Before Polycrom, he worked as director of risk analysis at Reasinter in the reinsurance sector. He is a chemical engineer with a degree from Universidad Iberoamericana and he holds an MBA from Mexico's IPADE Business School.
