Ms. Kimberly Powell serves as Operating Partner, Talent at Resolve Growth Partners. She serves as Board Member at Foundation Partners Group. She serves as Advisor at Access Holdings. She served as Principal at G. H. Smart & Company. She serves private equity and corporate clients in the areas of management assessment, leadership coaching and organizational change initiatives and advises their boards, executives, and investors on their most important leadership challenges. Prior to joining ghSMART, she spent fifteen years with The Boston Consulting Group advising CEOs and senior managers of Fortune 500 companies in the areas of driving transformational change and corporate strategy. As a Senior Manager and Senior Knowledge Expert with The Boston Consulting Group, she had global oversight for the firm's Change Management practice, which spanned topic strategy creation and execution, expert cadre development, intellectual capital creation, training program creation and delivery, and knowledge management and dissemination. She is the author of several publications related to leading during change and change management on BCG Perspectives. Before taking on this global role, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group in the Atlanta and Chicago offices. She served clients across multiple industries with a focus in industrial goods, consumer goods and social sector organizations. Her client engagements covered diverse topics including organizational strategy, transformation, operations and change management.
