Biography

Mr. Ralph Heffelman is the Founder and serves as President, Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer at International Capital Management. Since founding ICMC in 1974, he has provided financial advisory and investment management services to clients. As CIO he leads the ICMC Investment Committee in setting portfolio strategy, asset allocations, and the analysis and selection of investment opportunities. His extensive experience and broad-based background allow him to offer additional services including business acquisition or divestiture counsel and the like, not commonly available at many wealth management firms. Mr. Heffelman also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Heffelman has a B.S. in engineering from the University of Arizona. Prior to forming ICMC, he was a securities analyst for Glore, Forgan, and Staats in Los Angeles and Rauscher Pierce Securities in Dallas.
