Biography

Mr. Tahar Mjigal served as Co-Portfolio Manager & Investment Committee Member at International Capital Management. Mr. Mjigal is a member of the ICMC Investment Committee. His primary responsibilities include risk management and technical analysis. He contributes in the determination of asset allocations and securities research. Previously, he worked as a stock broker at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and joined ICMC in 2000. Mr. Mjigal holds an MBA with an emphasis in finance and international business from Oklahoma City University, Oklahoma where his thesis was on Portfolio Risk Management. He earned a B.S. in engineering statistics and applied economics from the National Institute of Statistics in Rabat, Morocco. He founded the Dallas Chapter of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) and served as president from 2005 - 2012.
